Arka Gdynia is a modern sports platform that allows live score tracking, online ticket and merchandise purchases, and fan integration through dynamic content. With UX/UI optimization and modern technologies, the platform boosted sales and community engagement.

Problem:

Arka Gdynia, one of Poland’s top basketball teams, faced the challenge of creating a modern online platform that:

  • Effectively informed fans about events, match results, and club news.
  • Enabled online ticket purchases for matches and club events.
  • Supported the sale of official club merchandise.
  • Strengthened fan engagement through interactive content and community involvement.
  • Ensured transparency and fast information flow between the club and its fans.

The previous website was technologically outdated, difficult to navigate, and failed to meet modern UX/UI standards. It lacked live score functionality, an effective ticketing module, and tools for managing fan communication.
