At Gorilla App, we take full responsibility for the publication process – we analyze the reason for rejection, make any necessary corrections (technical or privacy policy), and resubmit until successful.     • Fees are collected directly by the store owners. Google Play requires a one-time fee of $25. The Apple App Store charges a subscription fee of $99 per year. These payments are made directly from the customer’s business account, guaranteeing full ownership of the account.

    • Not always. We recommend cross-platform technology (React Native), which allows for the creation of a single code base that runs on both systems. This saves budget by 30-40% while maintaining native performance. We only recommend fully native solutions (Swift/Kotlin) for very specific hardware requirements.

    Intellectual Property and Security

    • From day one of our collaboration, the code belongs to you. At Gorilla App, we work in a transparent model – you have real-time access to the repository (Git). After paying the final invoice, we transfer full copyright to you without any additional licensing fees.

    • An app isn’t a disposable product, but a “living” system. Operating systems (iOS/Android) are updated several times a year. Without library updates (technical updates), the app will eventually become unstable or be removed from the app store for incompatibility. We offer SLA packages that remove this burden from you.

    • Yes. We develop code according to universal standards (Clean Code), and the technical documentation is the client’s property. This allows any professional development team to take over the project without having to rewrite it.

    • This depends on the selected SLA (Service Level Agreement) package. In critical cases, we respond within 2-4 hours, 24/7. In a standard business model, response usually occurs the next business day.

    • Absolutely. We implement intuitive CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Strapi for headless solutions). After implementation, we train your team and provide instructions, so you don’t have to call a developer to change text or images.
